Position: Front of House Manager (Permanent)
Location: Breckland District

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Manager to join a well-established, customer-focused retail and hospitality business in Norfolk. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, leading teams, and creating a welcoming environment, this role could be ideal for you.

As the Front of House Manager you will:

* Lead and support front‑of‑house teams across retail and café areas

* Ensure outstanding customer service and smooth daily operations

* Manage rotas, training, and team development

* Maintain high standards of presentation and customer flow

* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

As the Front of House Manager you will demonstrate these skills:

* Have experience in retail or hospitality management

* Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment leading large teams

* Confident in managing busy customer-facing environments

* Organised, proactive, and able to multitask

* Passionate about delivering a great customer experience

* Flexible to work weekends and peak periods
