Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + Call Out + Overtime

We are working with a leading Facilities Management and Real Estate services company that is looking to hire a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer. You will be responsible for delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems on-site. The role will require strong knowledge of systems such as Air Conditioning, UPS, Generators, and LV systems, with the ability to fault find using graphical information and alarm data.

• Carry out routine PPM on mechanical and electrical plant in line with site schedules.
• Respond to reactive tasks, including fabric-related issues, while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and manage sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with permits and safe working practices.
• Diagnose and repair plant faults quickly to keep systems operational.
• Maintain adequate spare parts and provide lists/timescales for remedial works.
• Complete paperwork for reactive and breakdown works accurately and on time.
• Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Build strong working relationships with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure all plant rooms are kept clean, secure, and tidy.
• Deliver tasks in line with Health & Safety requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Keep the Computer-Based Maintenance System updated (e.g., Astea / E-Logs).

• Fully qualified Electrician
• 18th Edition
• Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings
• Experience with small works or project delivery in a facilities environment (advantageous)
