What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to existing and potential clients
* Handling inbound sales enquiries and building strong, trust-based relationships
* Preparing accurate quotations and interpreting customer needs
* Tracking orders through production and keeping clients updated
* Organising logistics and delivery schedules
* Supporting with general admin, health & safety documentation, and internal coordination
* Pitching in across departments to keep things running smoothly
* Accurately processing customer orders
