The Role:

Branch Sales Executive

As a Branch Sales Executive in our Derby branch, you will be the face of our branch and brand, providing excellent customer service on the Trade Counter to our customers, and work closely with the Branch Manager and the Internal Sales team in day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Sales Executive

* Responsible for trade counter sales, to achieve sales targets

* Keep up to date with existing and new product knowledge

* Generate quotes and sale leads

* Process orders in an efficient and timely manner

* Taking and checking card and cash payments, ensuring all cash control procedures are followed

* Confidently communicating product knowledge to customers

* Provide customers with information such as stock availability, pricing and lead times

* Exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers

* Assist with stock deliveries, booking in, and putting away deliveries

* Maintain branch standards - including stock management, front of house cleanliness and point of sale

Key Skills/

Experience:

Branch Sales Executive

* A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers

* Strong and effective communication skills both over the telephone and face to face

* Work as part of a team and independently using own initiative

* Trade counter knowledge and experience would be desirable but not essential

* Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets

* Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise

* Confident in MS Office and industry standard software

* A full and valid driving license would be advantageous
