• Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40‑50,000 OTE uncapped)

• Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at the store
• Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate customer needs
• Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer needs
• Upsell relevant products and finance where appropriate
• Complete the handover process with customers, ensuring a high level of service
• Liaise with key departments to ensure outstanding service and manage expectations

• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Proven track record of sales or excellent customer service
• Experience in a sales environment or working to targets is beneficial
• Experience selling financial products is beneficial – training will be provided
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts
