Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a commercial fit-out project with significant M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) elements. You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to successful handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the delivery of fit-out and M&E works.

Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.

Chair site meetings and report progress to the client and internal teams.

Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with H&S legislation (RAMS).

Manage quality control, risk management, and change control.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle any site issues effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out and M&E projects.

SMSTS certification.

CSCS (Black or White Card preferred).

First Aid at Work certificate.

Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills.

Strong commercial and client-facing experience.
