We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a residential home for young people with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of up to five children and young people aged 5-18 who cannot live with their families.

As a Children's Home Manager, you will provide strong leadership, inspire your team, and ensure the highest standards of care. You will have a thorough understanding of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards 2015, and Ofsted requirements, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Essential requirements:

Must be a driver
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively

Preferred qualification:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People (or willingness to work towards it)
