Compliance Lead - Buxton - up to £45,000 per annum

Location: Buxton
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hrs)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Compliance Lead to join our team and take ownership of compliance across our Facilities Management operations.
This is your opportunity to shape best practice, drive continuous improvement, and lead innovations that enhance service delivery. You'll work closely with the Strategic Leadership Team and our client to ensure we meet and exceed compliance standards, while fostering a culture of safety and quality.
What You'll Do

  • Lead compliance excellence:
    Manage and develop our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to ensure contractual, statutory, and safety compliance.
  • Drive improvements:
    Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the contract.
  • Build strong relationships:
    Act as the key liaison with clients and internal teams, leading meetings and audits.
  • Own compliance processes:
    Oversee audits, inspections, document control, and reporting to maintain the highest standards.
  • Champion safety:
    Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices, ensuring all policies and certifications are up to date.
What We're Looking For
  • A proactive, self-driven professional with a passion for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and time management abilities.
  • Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM) Hard Services and statutory compliance.
  • Qualifications:

    Professional Health & Safety certification and relevant trade qualifications.
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and strong commercial awareness.
