Private Client Paralegal – Derby

Harkaye are representing a friendly and highly regarded law firm looking for a Paralegal to join their Wills & Probate team. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience, work closely with an experienced team, and build your career in private client law.

What you’ll be doing :

* Supporting fee earners and solicitors within the team on a caseload of wills and probate matters

* Handling file openings/closings, billing, and correspondence

* Maintaining and organising case files and documents

* Liaising with clients in a professional and approachable way

* Preparing documents and notes for appointments

* Keeping records up to date and ensuring work progresses smoothly

About You:

* Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented

* Strong communicator, both written and verbal

* Professional, friendly, and approachable with clients

* Eager to learn and take on new challenges

* Previous legal or paralegal experience is helpful but not essential
