We are currently recruiting for a Paid Media Account Manager to join an ambitious Digital Agency based in Derby. This is a high-performing, people-first agency who partner with a number of lifestyle, D2C, SaaS, and service-led brands,
We are looking for an individual with considerable experience working with key client accounts, managing paid media campaigns and digital marketing strategy.
This opportunity would suit someone from an agency background in a relevant role, managing Paid Media campaigns. You will have good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to work logically, and switch between tasks for different clients with ease. The role requires someone who is capable of managing their own time and priorities, responding to client requests at short notice, and carrying out their own research.
KeyRequirements
- Proven experience managing multiple paid media clients simultaneously, ensuring clear, consistent communication and delivery.
- Strong track record of running successful digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other major social platforms.
- Confident in analysing and reporting on campaign performance, with the ability to identify successes and proactively recommend optimisations.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and digital marketers to bring campaigns to life.
- Comfortable leading client meetings, delivering campaign insights, and acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients.
You will have at least two years of experience working in a digital agency environment, managing paid media accounts and ideally experience running campaigns on emerging and alternative platforms such as Tik Tok, Pinterest, and X.
You will have experience managing and optimising Shopping Feeds, including feed setup, maintenance, and performance analysis and be proficient in Google Ads automation tools and Google Tag Manager.
You will also have familiarity with Google Ads scripts to streamline campaign management and performance improvements with an ability to build and maintain reports in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) (Google Ads Certification(s) preferred).
