Temporary HR Advisor – Immediate Start, Derby-Based with Hybrid Flexibility

We’re seeking a skilled Temporary HR Advisor to step into a crucial role supporting our client's urgent employee relations needs. If you excel at handling ER cases, guiding management through complex situations, and working confidently on disciplinary and grievance matters, this is your chance to contribute to a dynamic organisation during a critical period.

Join us on a weekly rolling contract or a month upfront—starting as soon as possible—and help us navigate a busy time with professionalism and trustworthiness.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
Ability to hold and facilitate meetings with management and employees
Strong knowledge of internal HR processes and employment law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in providing sound HR advice to managers and staff
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations discreetly
Previous HR advisory experience within a fast-paced or complex environment
Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools

Preferred

Education and Experience:

CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification preferred
Minimum 3 years of practical HR advisory experience, particularly in employee relations
Proven track record of managing ER cases and supporting organizational HR initiatives

Ability to commit to an on-going temp assignment
