Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our client in Derbyshire, delivering expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within a well-established adult mental health service. This pivotal leadership role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, patient-centred care for adults with complex mental health needs, including rehabilitation support, risk management, and care pathway coordination in a supportive clinical environment committed to clinical excellence.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnoses Develop and implement personalised treatment plans Collaborate with MDTs including psychologists, nurses and social care Manage adult patient caseloads across mental health services Lead rehabilitation programmes and complex case management Provide clinical supervision to junior medical staff Contribute to service development and quality improvement Requirements: GMC registration with specialist training in psychiatry
