Leading client is looking for an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker / Team Leader to support children and young people in their Derby or Burton on Trent homes. If you're passionate, resilient, and ready to step up, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

* Lead and support a team of Residential Care Workers.

* Build positive, trusting relationships with young people and families.

* Promote safeguarding, equality, and children’s rights.

* Support with care plans, risk assessments, and daily running of the home.

* Maintain accurate records and lead by example.

What You Need

* NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent).

* Experience in a children’s residential setting.

* Strong leadership skills and a caring, professional approach.

* Flexibility across shifts (incl. evenings/weekends/on-call).

* Full driving licence.

* Must have UK right-to-work (no sponsorship available).
