Junior CAD Technician

Position: Junior CAD Technician (Permanent)
Think Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Junior CAD Technician to join our clients growing team in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work on real-world projects within civil engineering.

With some previous experience of using AutoCAD, on a day to day basis the successful candidate will be responsible for;

Producing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings under supervision
Supporting engineers and designers with drafting tasks
Update and revise existing drawings as required
Assist in maintaining drawing standards and documentation
Coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Learn and apply industry-specific design practices and regulations
