As a Graduate Civil Design Engineer your job is like planning and drawing the detailed designs for things like roads, bridges, and water systems. You’ll create plans and models to ensure these structures are safe, efficient, and durable, and learn how to use design tools and understand engineering principles to create effective designs.

For graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
