Are you a self starting, motivated Estimator or Estimating Manager from a Modular background looking to join an internationally‑renowned unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the authority and scope to take control of estimating, cost and planning based processes and technically diverse commercial construction/ modular projects?

The company are at the forefront of their specialist industry, with factories across the globe, and due to a recent internal promotion and continual growth, they are looking for a new leader to come into the company with the authority and autonomy to directly impact the companies estimating related processes, projects and day to day operations.

• Responsible for cost plans, cost estimates and technical compliance predominantly across modular projects.
• Ensure all costs are backed up with demonstrable and achievable quotations.
• Act as the technical and commercial link between Sales, Projects, Depots, and Operations.
• Monday - Friday, days based.

• Strong background in Construction or Modular.
• Experience with in a Estimating/ Compliance Rolle.
• Experience across pre‑contract and post‑award project phases.
• Commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Tamworth, Loughborough, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
