Overview
Due to a recent project award, we are recruiting multiple Process Engineers to join a growing engineering team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex water and wastewater treatment projects, providing technical expertise, process optimisation, and advisory services to support project delivery and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operate independently and as part of a team on tasks such as production, verification, review, or approval of raw water envelopes, influent characterisation, process performance reports, process outline design calculations, PFDs, equipment specifications, process control philosophies, technical reports, and schematics
Provide leadership in process optimisation and advisory services for new and existing water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and associated infrastructure
Identify and implement innovative technical solutions aligned with client requirements, collaborating with laboratories on chemical analysis and software teams on process optimisation tools
Coordinate and lead collaborative efforts within multi-disciplinary teams including process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and ICA disciplines
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners in capital alliances, addressing technical, commercial, and project progress matters
Ensure projects comply with technical, legislative, quality, safety, and environmental standards
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Extensive expertise in the technical execution of process plant systems within complex water industry engineering projects
Experience participating in design and construction initiatives using digital design methodologies
Strong leadership skills, fostering collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams
Substantial experience in the water and/or wastewater sectors
