Key Responsibilities

Supporting Learning:
Working 1:1 or with small groups to deliver intervention sessions in Literacy and Numeracy.

Classroom Management:
Assisting the Class Teacher with preparation, resource management, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Inclusion:
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ensuring all children can access the curriculum.

Engagement:
Encouraging student participation and fostering a love for learning through creative and patient support.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Previous experience working with children (School settings, coaching, or youth work).

Qualifications:

A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or
3) is desirable, but a proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Reliability: A dependable professional who can hit the ground running in new environments.

Compliance:
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
