• Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5)

• Maintaining safe workshop/classroom environments and following health & safety procedures

• Creating positive, inclusive learning spaces

• Working collaboratively with teaching teams and school leadership

• Promoting high standards of learning, behaviour, and safeguarding

(Exact duties will vary depending on the school and role.)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification

• Strong subject knowledge in DT (any specialism welcomed)

• A passion for practical learning and creative education

• Confident classroom management and communication skills
