The school has a great reputation and really cares for the learning of every child that’s there. They are looking for a learning support assistant to join their team working Monday to Friday.

If you are an enthusiastic learning support assistant looking for a new and exciting role then this might be the one for you. You must have experience working in EYFS, and have good knowledge of safeguarding and educational practises. As a learning support assistant you will be supporting the class teacher in Early years group setting. There will be some 1:1 and small group work, so you must be able to create great relationships with the children and the staff.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

Experience working with children in EYFS
Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent is essential.
Good understanding of educational practices and learning strategies.
Organizational skills to assist with classroom management, resources and activities
