💼 The Role

* Teaching small groups of pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs

* Creating engaging, personalised learning experiences

* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

* Working collaboratively with support staff and wider teams

* Providing stability, structure and encouragement every day

🌱 What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience with in Mainstream or SEND, SEMH, PRU or alternative provision settings

* A calm, compassionate and adaptable approach

* Strong behaviour management rooted in understanding and connection

* Commitment to long-term consistency for pupils who rely on it
