The Role
* Supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, complex needs, and communication difficulties
* Working on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and personal development
* Assisting with behaviour support and positive routines
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff

* Be committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ lives
Requirements:
* Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role (desirable)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Willingness to register with Education Personnel
* Availability for flexible or long-term work
