Quantity Surveyor - £35m Project - Civil Engineering and Groundworks
Derby 2 year project lifecycle and new region opening
Salary up to £80,000 + package

Quantity Surveyor needed to for site based works of 3 Civil Engineering Projects in Derby with a combined value over circa £35m over 2 years.  Thereafter joining the new growing Midlands region for works covering both civil engineering and groundworks.

Working with a small team of quantity surveyors and a commercial manager you will be responsible for traditional quantity surveyor duties across a 2 year period on flagship projects in Derby.
Site Measurements, valuations, variations, relationship building, cost reporting, risk awareness, etc amongst traditional quantity surveyor duties on a day to day basis on the Derby sites.  

Thereafter the new region in the Midlands offers career progression, managing, developing and running.  This could will become the Midlands Commercial Manager position long term.
