A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join our client’s team across the Derbyshire area on a 6 month rolling contract, with strong potential to move onto a long-term contract after the initial period.

The Role:

You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (RBI grade dependent)

Key Details:
• £60–£70 per hour

• 6 month rolling contract with strong extension potential

• Outside IR35 Available

• Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
