Nursery Room Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. Support, guide, and mentor staff within your room, promoting best practice in line with EYFS requirements. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to each childs needs. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe, assess, and record childrens progress to support their learning and development.

Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met. Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare (essential). Minimum of 1 years experience in a nursery or childcare setting, ideally in a senior or Room Leader role. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
