Overview
Join Blue Mountain Homes Limited as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker in Clay Cross. This full‑time, permanent role supports young people up to 18 years in a residential home.
Responsibilities- Create a positive, safe environment for each young person, focusing on safety, health and education.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (required).
- Experience working in a children’s home (preferred 1 year).
- Valid UK/EU manual driving licence (required).
- Competitive salary up to £36,232 per year (£14‑£14.65 per hour).
- Company pension 3% employer contribution.
- 224 hours annual leave.
- Bank holiday double pay.
- Funded Level 4 apprenticeship.
- Free DBS check.
Rolling rota, 07:30 – 23:00 per shift. Sleep in shifts required. 3–8 sleep nights per month.
