About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and energetic team in Node4, the Revenue Recognition team. The purpose of this function is to collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the business to support the organisation’s financial and strategic goals. We are the overarching support that ensures efficient and effective throughput of orders from quoting to invoicing and termination.

Responsibilities
  • Validating sales order forms for completeness and quality to ensure they are processed on systems accurately for the delivery teams to action and process.
  • Ensuring customers are billed in a prompt and reliable manner, aligned to terms and conditions.
  • Entering order & billing details onto internal systems (SAP & Popx).
  • Validating contract detail & supplier quotes.
  • Updating clients and internal departments on the progress of orders & billing queries.
  • Identify, address and resolve queries between individuals and/or departments/stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the research, development and delivery of the Node4 Managed Services strategic business plan.
  • Drive influenced revenue by utilising incentivised mechanisms to identify and highlight opportunities within Managed Services to drive increased revenue.
  • Obtaining detailed order delivery throughput data and analysis to provide leaders in managed services with trends, expectations, and performance insights.
  • Ensuring that targets are met by supporting delivery teams to scenically put‑live at least 80% of the revenue value sold in the prior quarter.
  • Offering targeted supportบร thatare between 6-12 months old, helping to address any blockers or system issues that may be hindering their completion.
  • Closely supporting orchestration of orders that are over 12 months old, ensuring there is a clear path to resolution and completion.
  • Reviewing “on‑hold” orders to establish a plan for getting them back on track and moving towards delivery.
  • Running a comprehensive Volumes and Performance scorecard for each of the assignment groups under managed services.
  • Reviewing order line volumes, mean age of orders, and other key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing proportionate forecasting against the WIP backlog to help you plan more effectively.
  • Tracking success rates against forecasting to further refine and optimise processes.
Required Skills
  • Experience working with data in spreadsheets, databases and/or systems.
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and data‑handling functions.
  • Knowledge/understanding of data structures.
  • Are innovative and can work autonomously.
  • Have a completer finisher mindset.
  • SAP knowledge/experience (desirable, but not required).

  • Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written), with the ability to alter the message to different audiences.
