* £41,500 per year (£798 per week) basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential

* Guaranteed £600 bonus for your first three months and 10% monthly profit share thereafter

Your Role and Requirements:

* Work Monday to Friday (days) with Saturday mornings only

* Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET

* Deliver high-quality repairs meeting business and customer standards

* Provide excellent customer service every time

* Maintain strict health and safety compliance with accurate documentation

* Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair essential

* BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies

* ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred

* Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
