This Spring Semester Internship offers compensation of $14/hour and will be located at one of our Wichita offices.

As a Management Intern you will manage a fleet of vehicles, support customer care, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. You will complete intern projects, compete in friendly challenges with peers, and may earn performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be a current rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with a graduation date of May 2027 at the latest.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in May 2026.
• Must be able to commit to a 10–12 week program working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
