A health services network in Connecticut is actively seeking a licensed
Rheumatologist for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in New Haven County.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard Business
- Call Schedule: 1:6
The Rheumatologist will:
- Examine, obtain medical history and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Treat autoimmune diseases, musculoskeletal pain disorders and osteoporosis.
- Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Create treatment plans, and involve patients and family members in those plans.
- Initiate appropriate specialty referrals.
- Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff.
- Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements
- Perform other duties, as needed
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State
- M.D., D.O.
- Board Eligible / Certified
