Driver Management Area Lead - SPX Express (Kota Depok, Jawa Barat)

• Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster
• Enhance driver knowledge, skills and behavior through Driver Training, Evaluation, Coaching & Performance Improvement initiatives
• Provide Continuous Problem Solving to identify issues, solve and prevention
• Responsible to achieve Driver Scorecard KPI
• Standardize & Develop DM Supervisor knowledge, skill and capabilities
• Conduct regular daily, weekly & monthly Performance Review to ensure Scorecard KPI achieved
• Collaboration with other function to execute project related optimization & expansion

• Managing driver schedule compliance
• Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster

• Have 5 to 10 years of experience in the transport, logistics, and driver management sector, with most recent position held at a managerial level would be an advantage
• A minimum of a diploma degree is required
• Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
