Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development; experience in an agency is preferred.
Diploma or degree in business, management, marketing or communication.
Ability to demonstrate effectiveness working within an organization.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong negotiating skill.
Knowledge of solution selling.
Experienced in building strategic sales plans and deals, with strong capabilities in forecasting.
Strong team player and positive attitude.
Job Description- Conduct regular outbound calls to both existing and potential clients, offering Berlima Digital services.
- Identify performance issues and bottlenecks and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of market trends and driving forces within the industry; apply this knowledge to adapt our offerings and remain ahead of the competition.
- Maintain strong account customer relationships.
