Maintenance Technician – Your future position?

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (Pdm), corrective maintenance (CM), and troubleshooting and/or breakdown maintenance (BM).
• Facility equipment, proactively identifying and resolving recurring maintenance issues in the assigned area of activity.
• Conduct electrical or mechanical installation, repair, and troubleshooting of motors, instrumentation and/or controls.
• Identify deviations and document/communicate them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work in accordance with all relevant requirements including, but not limited to ATEX, GMP, OSHA, HACCP and internal safety guidelines.
• Initiative in lean activities/continuous improvement.
• Maintains level of housekeeping/sanitation/food safety and safety which meets Company’s standards and guidelines.
• Perform administrative duties including but not limited to creating and closing work requests using Maintenance management system (SAP).
• May perform other tasks as assigned.

• Diploma 3 in Technical engineering or related discipline (Associate degree).
• Work experience of minimum 2 years in maintenance activities of manufacturing or plant operations.
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) training is advantage.
• Having basic Programable Logic Control/PLC is advantage.
• Good knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Ms. office tools.
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment for installation, disassembly and testing of electronic, instrument, pneumatic and electrical devices in a safely manner.
• Good instrumentation, mechanical and/or electrical abilities.
