Japanese Speaker Japanese Interpreter Secretary - Manufacture - Depok (A-128205)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Japanese Interpreter/Secretary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret in meetings, site visits, and other company events involving Japanese language.
• Provide interpretation and translation support for various media, documents, and internal communications.
• Assist with work permit and visa applications, renewals, and terminations for Japanese.
• Handle documentation related to business trips abroad, including visa, and related travel requirements.
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for directors and Japanese, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Provide general support to Japanese and their families regarding housing, schooling, and daily living needs.
• Coordinate accommodation and travel arrangements for visiting Japanese company representatives.
• Organize and support internal company events.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma degree majoring in Japanese Literature or any related major.
• Min 2 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter or Secretary.
• Have experience of Indonesian work permit procedures for Japanese.
• Business level of Japanese (JLPT N3) and English.
• Good skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
