Qualifications
- General knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. Black Seal License required (or obtained within 2 years of employment). Previous work experience in the trades preferred. Electrical license preferred.
- Evaluation, maintenance and installation of building related equipment and systems.
- Responsible for heating, plumbing, and electrical repairs as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or supervisory personnel.
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $46,685 to $64,250. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, prescription and vision insurance, a retirement plan and sick, personal, bereavement and family illness days.
