Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder / Mechanic to join its team of skilled, customer-oriented technicians. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with a strong background in electric motor winding and electro‑mechanical repair who is looking to further develop their skills in a collaborative, technically advanced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for rewinding and repairing a variety of electro‑mechanical equipment and will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from highly experienced winding technicians recognized for their expertise in the field.

• Rewind, repair, and rebuild a variety of electric motors and electro‑mechanical equipment
• Perform mechanical disassembly and reassembly of motors and related components
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure reliable and safe repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer requirements and turnaround timelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in electric motor winding or related electro‑mechanical repair work
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven assembly and disassembly skills
• Solid technical understanding of electric motors and related components
  
  Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Additional technical or vocational training in electrical or mechanical disciplines
• Experience with industrial motors, pumps, fans, or VFD‑related systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑service mindset
