Project Manager – Engineering

Role Summary

Seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee project planning and execution across a growing portfolio. This new role will help shape how project management functions within the organization by building systems, tools, and workflows. Responsibilities include learning current processes, adding structure where needed, and managing projects from kickoff through delivery. Over time, the role will expand into proposal development, resource planning, and improving overall project operations.

• Document existing processes and workflows.
• Develop project management systems with clear milestones and approvals.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate with internal teams on schedules and deliverables.
• Track progress and ensure alignment with external partners.
• Manage internal workload and resource planning.
• Enforce deadlines and deliverable expectations.
• Support — and eventually lead — proposal development.
• Identify ways to streamline processes and improve communication.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in project management or coordination within design, engineering, or construction.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in office and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

• Proactive, resourceful, and persistent.
• Comfortable working with technical and creative teams.
• Enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity.
