QualificationsGeneral and specific knowledge of building operations, construction, mechanical equipment, holds Black Seal Stationary Engineer License, has or is eligible for required Certified Educational Facilities Manager Certificate, and meets other qualifications as specified by the Board of Education.
ResponsibilitiesManages and oversees all custodial, maintenance and grounds functions of the district necessary to the operation of the school in a safe, healthful and efficient manner.
Terms of Employment12‑Month, Full‑Time Position;
Anticipated opening available January 2, 2026.
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, prescription and vision insurance, a retirement plan and sick, personal, bereavement and family illness days.
