What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hemp and wellness. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to the seamless operation of our stores and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized and knowledgeable guidance to customers, ensuring a supportive and informative experience.
  • Product

    Education:

    Share detailed information on array of products, dosing, and benefits to help customers make informed choices.
  • Operational Excellence: Accurately process transactions using our point‑of‑sale system, check IDs, perform assigned tasks efficiently, and maintain a clean and compliant environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving products and industry trends to offer the best suggestions and support to our customers.

Job responsibilities and duties are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of the business.

Job Requirements:
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable aura.
  • Comfortable using point‑of‑sale systems, checking IDs, and handling transactions.
  • Flexible availability for shifts in‑store, at events, on weekends, and evenings.
