What You'll Do
- Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts, loaders, skid steers, and other vehicles, in compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and other items between production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Inspect equipment daily and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Report equipment malfunctions, damage, or unsafe conditions to supervision promptly.
- Follow production schedules to support timely product flow and minimize downtime.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety and environmental standards.
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Safe operation of mobile equipment, including forklifts, loaders, and skid steers.
- Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving and communication skills.

- High school diploma or GED required.
