Overview

The Installations Sales Support Specialist is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and phone support, responding to inquiries related to installations, warranties, and invoicing. This role plays a key part in supporting the installation process and is a valued contributor to a strong organizational culture and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries regarding installations, warranties, and invoices.
  • Provide support in the administration of equipment installation processes.
  • Input data related to installations and warranties into the system.
  • Research and resolve customer questions or problems efficiently.
  • Assist in managing and developing service agents across various regions.
  • Oversee service agent contracts, authorize warranty service, and approve related invoices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and service standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, training, and process efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of business action plans and departmental goals.
  • Promote a culture of feedback, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
