The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for operating an Electric Pallet Jack in the warehouse, observing all safety regulations and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The Warehouse Coordinator works with office staff and customer service department to help with invoicing and pick up of customer orders. The Warehouse Coordinator interfaces directly with customers. Provides administrative support, including processing paperwork, and data entry.

Functions as a team member within the organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

• Will Call
• Operates an electric pallet jack
• Assists in pulling customer orders
• Works directly with customers picking up orders
• Secures payments based on customer terms
• Provides administrative support to Inventory Control and Customer service
• Other related duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 6-12 months warehouse shipping and receiving
• 6-12 months admin support/data entry
• Experience using a motorized pallet jack

$21 - $23 per hour
