Warehouse Loader

Warehouse Loader (Full Time) – Red Bull Distribution Company

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the full‑time Warehouse Loader assists in all warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role is labor‑intensive, requiring the consistent lifting of 20–45 pound cases in a full work shift and the handling of bulk and route trucks under all weather conditions.

• Load trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into the bays of a route truck.
• Ensure product rotation on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Repackage and clean product according to RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or out‑of‑code (OOC) product once approved by the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift operations a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Base salary range: $19.76 – $21.84 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
