XIII As a Warehouse Specialist
, you are responsible for overseeing all materials within the company, including ordering, receiving, tracking, moving and storing them. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and are up for the challenge.
- Receive incoming inventory and finite items, log into the company warehouse system, and stock inventory in the proper location.
- Read work orders, shipping orders, or follow verbal instructions.
- Fill customer invoices.
- Check partartigen, clean, and pack inventory items.
- Inspect inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage.
- Notify the Warehouse Manager of problems.
- Follow all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment.
- Track all inventory in the appropriate system.
- Organize and clean warehouse space and company equipment as needed.
- Report any customer problems or concerns immediately.
- Coach fellow associates on warehouse operational practices and procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures when needed.
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations.
- Evaluate current processes and procedures, and recommend changes to warehouse management.
- Contribute ideas on ways to reduce warehouse cost per unit and increase productivity.
- Maintain working knowledge of the warehouse data system and perform various tasks within the system.
- When requested, deliver supplies and equipment in a timely fashion, while observing all Regulated DOT andEntão OSHA standards.
- Properly maintain records as required by management in the appropriate warehouse information system.
About You:
- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands‑on approach to your work.
- Possess a High School diploma or a GED equivalent.
- Have 2+ years of Warehouse experience.
- Must be able to walk or stand long hours and must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Have forklift operating experience (Forklift Certification is a plus).
- Able to operate personal computers and software programs, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 절 effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess advanced computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web‑based tools).
- Able to work well with others in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
