The Warehouse Associate plays a pivotal role in the success of our client fulfillment needs. They are responsible for assisting with merchandising stock in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands. Responsibilities- Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Scannning items into the warehouse management system.
- Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
- Organizing the warehouse space.
- Preparing orders for shipment.
- Picking orders for shipment.
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operating stock management tools such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
- Routine cleaning duties.
- Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
- Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality.
- Standards according to department requirements.
- Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10–50 lbs and occasionally lift and or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
- Clean driving record (subject to MVR check).
- Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance.
- May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

- Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors.
- Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.
- 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
