Distribution Center Operations Associate - (W/ Potential to Grow) - PT
- On Call. Shinesty is seeking a detail-oriented, autonomous team player who can work independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role supports operations with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement. This position may involve daily and weekly tasks with opportunities to grow in responsibility and技能 such as Netsuite.

• Replenish inventory and verify product accuracy frequently.
• Move product physically, electronically, and accurately from one location to another.
• Assist receiving with inbound logistics as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Guide and coach employees as deemed necessary; provide proactive feedback and training.
• Use data to drive decisions and focus the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Identify bottlenecks, anticipate team needs, and communicate plans effectively.
• Maintain 99.99% order fulfillment accuracy through strong team task management.
• Remain calm during high-stress periods to keep operations running smoothly and positively influence the team.
• Identify and receive incoming shipments accurately; ensure safety codes and OSHA standards are followed.
• Be willing to learn and increase levels of responsibility, including potential forklift training.
• Develop positive working relationships and provide clear, constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Adopt Shinesty culture and values in daily operations.

• Daily: use of computer, printers, and scanners; set up to-dos to drive labor-led tasks and metrics; communicate progress with leadership.
• Weekly: conduct cycle counts, reconcile stock from receiving and inventory counts; fulfill picking and shipping tasks.
• Essential functions include: repeatedly replenish inventory, perform frequent counts, move products, assist inbound logistics, maintain cleanliness, coach teammates, and use Netsuite as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to learn forklift.

$18.29/hr plus incentives. Negotiable.
