Store Delivery Driver

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver parts to customers with a passion for building relationships.
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/check inventory.
• Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Build long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
• Maintain the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean and basic maintenance is done (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Are a student or retired and want flexible scheduling.

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) with a stool or ladder when necessary and the stamina to stand, walk entire shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately.
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Able to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Hourly pay: $19.74. Pay progression available within 12 months of hire based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Encourage candidates to discuss backgrounds during interview.
