Pay$66,776 / year + customer tips
ScheduleMonday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)
Start TimeBetween 6 am – 7 am until workload completed

- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and follow safe work practices, completing DOT required documentation daily
- Adhere to safety policies, including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and report any incidents or changes in driving status
- Deliver courteous customer service, maintaining a professional image
- Meet each customer’s preferences by delivering correct products within their scheduled day and timeframe
- Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts, including cash and receipts
- Identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership
- Support team members and act as a team player
- Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services following strict quality processes
- Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set by Primo Brands
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers, achieving monthly customer acquisition goals
- Ability to secure or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (applicable positions)
- Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining a Class B CDL
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in varied weather conditions
- Effective interpersonal skills for varied customer settings
- Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each up to 45 lbs., using appropriate tools
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40–55 times per day
- Willingness to work an average 45‑hour week or more, with variable start and end times
- Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day; reasonable accommodation accepted
- Must obtain a DOT medical card and possess a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years, no major offenses)
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
