Air Sweeper Operator

We are seeking an Air Sweeper Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate specialized equipment to keep roadways, parking lots, and public areas clear of debris. You’ll also support critical maintenance tasks that ensure the safety and functionality of streets, storm drains, and work sites. This is hands‑on, skilled work that makes an immediate difference in the communities we serve.

• Operate air sweeper trucks and other heavy equipment to clean streets, gutters, medians, parking lots, and yards.
• Clear debris from right‑of‑way areas, clean storm drains, and handle special sweeping runs.
• Inspect, maintain, and perform light repairs on equipment to keep everything running safely and efficiently.
• Report hazardous conditions and respond quickly to emergency clean‑ups, including spills.
• Take part in snow removal operations during the winter season.
• Work a flexible schedule that adjusts with weather and operational needs.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of three years of clean driving experience
• Must be at least 23 years of age to operate company vehicles
• Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and lifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and remain physically active for extended shifts
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to working as part of a team
• Flexible availability, with the understanding that schedules may adjust based on weather conditions
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred and considered a value‑add

Compensation for this position is $19.00 -$23.00 hourly, depending on experience.
