Local CDL-A Driver – Dedicated Account, No-Touch Freight

Flint Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated account hauling food products. This position offers consistent freight, modern equipment, and competitive weekly earnings with daily home time.

Weekly Earnings: $1,430 to $1,540 per week based on actual driver earnings on this account

Pay Structure: $0.65 to $0.65 per mile all miles, weekly direct deposit every Tuesday

Home Time:
Local routes with daily home time; occasional overnight stay due to operational needs

Weekly Mileage:
Approximately 1,700 miles across 6 dedicated loads

Stop Frequency:
Average of 13 stops per load

Work Schedule:

5-6 days active with predictable home time

Territory:
Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah dedicated lanes

Freight Type:
Food products – year-round stability with recession-resistant demand

Load Handling: 100% no-touch freight operations

Fleet: 2025 model trucks with automatic transmissions and assigned equipment for each driver

Maintenance:
Company-managed preventive maintenance programs

Driver Support: 24/7 dispatch support, EZ Pass and fuel cards provided

Medical, Dental, Vision:
Available after 60 days

• Valid CDL-A license
• Current DOT medical certification
• Minimum 3 months recent driving experience
